Client satisfaction is important to us. If you experience a concern with a treatment, we encourage you to contact us promptly so we may review your experience. When appropriate, spa credit toward a future service may be offered at management’s discretion.
Spa credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and must be used within the designated timeframe.
